Rotary modules

Precision in motion, power in rotation

Our rotary modules deliver exceptional accuracy and reliability for all your angular and continuous motion requirements — the pivotal point in automation systems, from precise indexing to uninterrupted rotary processes.

Broad application range

High-speed indexing in packaging machinery, precise angular positioning for robotic welding, smooth rotation for assembly turntables and dispensing.

Robust construction and materials

High-strength aluminium for reduced inertia in dynamic applications, or steel for maximum load capacity and torsional stiffness.

Multiple drive and bearing technologies

High-resolution servo motors, integrated closed-loop steppers and worm gear drives for high torque — with bearings matched to load and speed.

Scalable size and torque

From compact units with a high torque-to-size ratio to large-diameter modules for significant radial and axial loads.

You can select a rotary module that perfectly matches your technical and operational requirements — with seamless integration, accuracy and long-term durability.

Control

Rotary axis control from a phone

The rotary axis controller (ESP32) connects to a phone over Bluetooth, with no extra hardware. Enter the angle and press GO, or jog the axis by holding the arrows.

  • Move to an angle with one tap
  • Jog left and right while the button is held
  • Works without internet or Wi-Fi
